
Cecelia was the Project Manager for Rethinking Gender and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cabrini University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Digital Communication and Social Media and a minor in Business Administration. During her time at Cabrini, she served as Editor-in-Chief and Executive Producer of the multimedia news site, Loquitur Media, and Assistant Operations Manager of the radio station, WYBF. Both on and off campus, she held six video production internships in order to pursue her passion for videography and storytelling. Cecelia looks to pursue this passion as a video producer using her skills in organization, leadership, and productivity.
Marissa was the Content Strategist and Media Manager for Rethinking Gender. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communication and Social Media from Cabrini University in 2018. Within her four years at Cabrini, her heart was open and educated on many social justice issues occuring around the world. She is very grateful for having the opportunity to tell stories that matter through text and video that were shared worldwide. Being Lifestyles Editor of the award-winning multimedia news site, Loquitur Media was an amazing experience as well as being heavily involved with Catholic Relief Services Student Ambassadors since she was a freshman, serving two years on the executive board.
Ashley was the Marketing Manager for Rethinking Gender. She graduated with Summa Cum Laude and a degree in Digital Communication and Social Media. During her time at Cabrini she found a passion for social media marketing and content creation. She served as the news editor and video specialist for Loquitur Media as well as the social media manager for WYBF-FM Cavalier Radio where she was a student DJ for 2 years. She also served as the social media intern for the Center for Student Success at Cabrini University. Outside of school, Ashley was the promotions intern at CBS Radio serving 92.5 WXTU, 96.5 WTDY, and 89.1 WOGL and became a member of the street team in 2018.
Katie was a Web Developer and Copyright Manager for Rethinking Gender. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communication and Social Media and a Minor in Social Justice. During her time at Cabrini Katie has developed a passion for storytelling and has used that to bring to light and advocate for issues that are important to her. She was a Web and Perspectives Editor for the award winning Loquitur Media. She was also a member of the Executive Board of Cabrini’s Chapter of Catholic Relief Services Student Ambassadors and was the Northeast Mid-Atlantic Intern for CRS. She hopes to continue developing her skills as a storyteller as well as continuing to work for justice after she graduates.
Emily was a Web Developer and Research Manager for Rethinking Gender. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communication and Social Media from Cabrini University in 2018. Within her four years at Cabrini, she found a love for social media and analytics, as well as, advocating for global issues that matter. Emily was Sports Editor for the award-winning multimedia news site, Loquitur Media, and had the opportunity to tell stories that matter through text and video that were shared worldwide. She was also involved with the radio station, WYBF, as Training and Web Director. She was also involved in many organizations. Being Co-President of the Catholic Relief Services Student Ambassadors chapter on campus had made her fully embrace the education of the heart.
Caitlyn was the Art Director and Photo/Graphics Manager for Rethinking Gender. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Creative Writing. While at Cabrini she focused a large portion of her time writing and creating visual arts. She was the Web Editor for Loquitur Media where she wrote an award-winning article on domestic abuse. She also served as Editor for Woodcrest Magazine where numerous creative writing pieces and photography was published. Both editions of Loquitur Media and Woodcrest Magazine were awarded honors. Caitlyn is inspired by Stephen King, Edgar Allan Poe and all things grim. She looks to continue creative storytelling after graduation.
Anna was the Video Manager and one of the Narrators for Rethinking Gender. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Digital Communication and Social Media. During her time at Cabrini, she has been blessed with countless opportunities. She served as Lifestyles Editor and Post Production Manager of the award-winning multimedia news site, Loquitur Media and Events Director of the radio station, WYBF. She was heavily involved on and off campus by being involved in different leadership roles, community service work and clubs. She served as QVC’s first ever Video Editing Intern and hopes to continue her work in Video Production after graduation.
Molly was the head copy editor and one of the media managers for Rethinking Gender. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communication and Social Media. During her time at Cabrini, Molly found a passion for telling stories that matter. Being Managing Editor of the award-winning multimedia news site, Loquitur Media, Co-President of Catholic Relief Services, interning for the University’s Marketing and Communication Department and her travels around the globe were some of Molly’s favorite projects and memories in college.
Hailey was the infographics manager for Rethinking Gender. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communication. During her time at Cabrini, she served as a video production classroom coach, became lifestyles assistant editor for the Loquitur newspaper, and played for the school’s volleyball team freshman and sophomore year. Outside of school, she held an internship over the summer going into her senior year as a strategic planner at McCann Torre Lazur located in Parsippany, NJ. Hailey’s skills include organization, determination and creativity. Hailey looks to pursue a career in the advertising industry and/or something to showcase her unique and personal self.
Coraline was the Search Engine Optimizer for Rethinking Gender and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communication and Social Media from Cabrini University in 2018. She functioned as the Managing Editor for the university’s award-winning news media, Loquitur Media. Coraline is inspired by film and videography and seeks to pursue her passion for storytelling.
Caelan was the Creative Director for Rethinking Gender and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. During their time at Cabrini, they served as Perspectives Editor of the award winning multimedia news site, Loquitur Media, teaching assistant for the explorative religion course, Search for Meaning, as well as for Basic Photography, and as an AmeriCorps Next Steps Program volunteer. Caelan plans to pursue passions in photography and videography, documenting and exploring the human condition globally through a lens of social justice.
Carmen Frias was the Creative Media Manager for Rethinking Gender and graduated Maude Cum Laude and Phi Sigma Tau from Cabrini University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Communications. During her time at Cabrini, she combined the knowledge she had gained through Multimedia, Journalism and Psychology with the experience behind her name to create content that triggered thoughts, emotions and actions. Carmen’s mission is to tell and honor all walks of life but specifically the lives of those who society has pushed to the outside.
